Perfect with mustard and a cold beer, Pacdon Park's original pork pies are made using only the finest Free-Range Australian pork shoulder. The pork is then ground, seasoned and then encased in a delicious rich pastry made using our own in-house dry-rendered lard. Our pies are baked in the traditional manner, without using a supporting tin or hoop like most other pies. This gives the classic bow-sided shape in the style of an authentic Melton Mowbray Pork Pie.

The pork pies have a shelf-life of 7 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen as they are all freshly made
