Product Description

The Lincolnshire sausage is one of the most famous sausages in all England. We make ours in the same way that Lincolnshire people have traditionally done, using Australian Female Free-Range pork shoulder , traditional seasoning, not bulked out with too much breadcrumbs, and lots of love and care.

Shelf-life of 1.5 weeks in the fridge or can be frozen when purchased.

Ingredients
Pork (82%), Water, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt), Sage, Salt, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, Preservative 224. Natural sausage casings
