This sausage is our classic variety and the source from which all our other flavours spring. It was the first recipe we developed and thus the one of which we are most proud. Made from Australian Female Free-Range pork shoulder, this is our take on the traditional English pork sausage, and we've followed the traditional recipes from England very carefully and now bring it to the Australian market, the land of 'barbies and snags.

Shelf-life of 1.5 weeks in the fridge or can be frozen when purchased.
