Great chieftain o' the pudding-race. Our true Highland haggis is made using lamb pluck and flank from a local border Leicesters stud, noted Australia wide for the quality of their lamb. A lovely dish, best served with neeps, tatties and a good scotch, (please provide your own sword for cutting.)
Shelf life of 3.5weeks or can be frozen when purchased.
